ECZ-ID Digital Delivery & Refund Policy

This notice applies to international business/professional sales of ECZ-ID downloadable products while preserving mandatory local rights.

Immediate digital delivery

Products are delivered electronically. After successful payment, the download file or access link is made available through Shopify Digital Products and/or the order confirmation flow. Customers should securely retain the purchased files, order confirmation and licence documents.

Business-use positioning

The ECZ-ID digital assurance range is offered for business, professional, organisational or trade use. If mandatory law nevertheless classifies a purchaser as a consumer, applicable non-excludable consumer rights remain in force.

Change-of-mind refunds

Except where mandatory law provides otherwise, a completed business digital download is not refundable merely because the purchaser changes its mind after access/download has been provided. Where a jurisdiction requires specific express consent or acknowledgement before a consumer loses a cooling-off/withdrawal right for immediate digital delivery, that requirement must be implemented for consumer sales in that market rather than overridden by these terms.

Defective, inaccessible or materially misdescribed files

If a download is corrupted, inaccessible, materially incomplete or materially inconsistent with its description, notify EcoCitizenz promptly with the order details and problem. EcoCitizenz may provide a replacement file, correction, reasonable workaround, price reduction or refund as appropriate to the issue and any mandatory legal remedy.

Statutory rights

Nothing in this notice limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted in the purchaser's jurisdiction. Mandatory regimes can include digital-content conformity, consumer guarantees, refunds/remedies, unfair contract terms or online sales rules, and in some countries can apply to small businesses as well as individuals.

Taxes and international checkout

VAT, GST, sales tax or similar transaction taxes may be included in or added to prices based on the customer's market, tax registration and Shopify tax configuration. Business customers should provide valid tax-registration details where available and remain responsible for reverse-charge, self-assessment or other recipient obligations.

No physical shipping

These are digital-only products. No physical shipment is included and digital-only orders should not incur shipping charges.
