ECZ-ID Digital Product Licensing

These tier schedules supplement the ECZ-ID Global Digital Product Terms. Purchasing or completing any tier does not create ECZ-ID verification, certification, approval or an independent assurance opinion.

Company

  • Use within one purchasing legal entity.
  • Unlimited employees/contractors acting for that entity may use the files internally.
  • Create and share completed buyer-, auditor-, insurer-, regulator- or customer-facing outputs for that entity.
  • Includes 12 months of maintenance updates; the purchased major version remains usable afterwards.

Not permitted: standalone resale or transfer of reusable ECZ-ID source files; use as a multi-client consultancy toolkit; representing completion as certification or independent verification.

Pro

  • All Company rights.
  • Use Pro portfolio tools across multiple assets/entities owned or operated by the same purchasing legal entity.
  • Includes multi-asset portfolio workbook, executive reporting, advanced guidance/mappings, additional examples, portfolio update and decision tracking.
  • Includes 12 months of maintenance updates.

Not permitted: unrelated external multi-client consulting use, resale/transfer of reusable source files, white-label/sublicensing rights unless separately agreed.

Agency Annual

  • All Pro product assets.
  • Use reusable source files across multiple client engagements during an active 12-month Agency Annual licence.
  • Deliver completed client-specific outputs to clients.
  • Use the multi-client tracker, intake, evidence workflow and handover assets for professional delivery.
  • Maintenance updates while the annual licence remains active.

Not permitted: resale/sublicensing of reusable source files as standalone products; invisible white-label rights at launch. New client engagements may be started only while the annual licence is active. The agency remains responsible for professional scope, client facts and lawful evidence handling.

International statutory-rights savings. These licences are intended for business/professional use. If mandatory law in a purchaser's jurisdiction applies despite that intention, non-excludable statutory rights and remedies are preserved.
