Included update entitlement

Company and Pro: perpetual use of the purchased major version plus 12 months of maintenance updates from purchase. Agency Annual: updates while the annual licence is active; new client engagements require an active licence.

What EcoCitizenz monitors

• Material changes to mapped laws/regulations where relevant to a product module.
• Protocol, platform and marketplace policy changes.
• Major framework/specification changes.
• Errors, broken links, workbook defects and clarity improvements.
• Changes that materially alter a control, mapping or evidence expectation.

Update classes

Correction: typo, broken link, formula defect or unambiguous factual correction. Maintenance: source refresh, mapping clarification, example improvement or minor workflow enhancement. Major version: substantial redesign, new control architecture or materially new external regime and may be separately priced.

Source freshness

Time-sensitive legal, regulatory, protocol and marketplace sources should be rechecked before a material decision or submission, even during the update period. The source register records a reference and review date; it does not make the source permanent or universally applicable.

Replacement files

Where Shopify Digital Products supports it, EcoCitizenz may issue update notifications and replacement files. Customers should preserve completed working copies and migrate deliberately rather than overwrite evidence history without review.

International scope

Global products use a jurisdiction-neutral core and, where useful, jurisdiction modules. EcoCitizenz does not promise that every local legal requirement in every country is incorporated automatically. Customers remain responsible for local law, sector regulation, contractual requirements and procurement rules.
