Free permanent ECZ-ID Business Passport™ setup help
Each owning organisation can create or reuse its permanent ECZ-ID, public Resolver page, machine-readable record, website badge, QR code and TrustOps account. No card, trial or expiry for the free identity. Manage supported public-profile fields and official links through TrustOps. Seven free Passport families and five active entities across the pooled allowance. Several sites belonging to one organisation reuse the same Business Passport.
The Passport is available free with or without a review. The review includes onboarding help. Independent identity verification and paid monitoring, DCI context plans and specialist evidence services are optional and separate. Your private security report is not automatically published.
Starter credit
Your paid £195 starter is credited against a £1,250 five-site batch for the same customer. One credit per batch. Contact info@ecocitizenz.com before purchasing the batch so our team can arrange the £1,055 balance; this is not automatic at checkout.
Delivery
Single-site target: two UK working days after accepted scope and complete inputs. Portfolio timing confirmed at intake. Technical checks require confirmed authority and scope. Authenticated testing, exploit validation, remediation, incident response and continuous monitoring are separate. If we cannot accept the scope, we refund the service payment. We correct report errors and refund undelivered work where an agreed delivery obligation is missed. No vulnerability finding or security guarantee is promised.
