KYA Starter™

KYA Starter™: when an agent can act, transact or represent a principal, counterparties need a Know-Your-Agent baseline they can verify. It stands up a machine-readable KYA posture across the agent's surfaces that tools and reviewers can read programmatically. Each agent's state becomes resolver-verifiable after its ECZ-ID is activated — public proof at the Resolver, re-check before reliance.

Who should use it: agent operator, platform reviewing agents, procurement reviewer.

Required parent tier: Verified ECZ-ID Business Passport™.

Resolver route: public proof is checked at the Resolver after backend activation.
